Driving Directions:

The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is located 47 miles NE of Hotel. From Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) Take Highway 395 North 3 miles to I-80 West, follow I-80 West 33 miles to Highway 89 South. Proceed 10 miles to traffic light, turn right on Squaw Valley Road. Travel 1.9 miles, turn left at the street lamp onto Village East Rd. The Red Wolf Lodge is on the right after the parking garage. At night the building is lit with blue lights. All major international and domestic airlines serve Reno-Tahoe International Airport, which is about 50 miles from the resort. All major car rental companies serve the airport. The resort can arrange door-to-door shuttle service to and from Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Check-In Instructions:

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Our office is open until 7pm Mon-Fri and 9pm on Sat and Sun, if you are arriving after those hours come to the front door and just to the left you will see a "call" button, push the button and identify yourself and the after hours service will instruct you on how to get your keys.
