Cancellation Policy (Local Time):

The remaining balance plus tax will be charged by the resort also at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required. ***NOTE: There is an age requirement of at least 21 years of age to book and check-in at the resort.

Check-in Procedure:
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.

The Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley charges a $9.00 per day Resort Fee. This fee covers parking, video rentals, use of seasonal equipment, free use of washer and dryer, daily newspaper (Monday to Saturday), and incoming faxes.

Late Check-in Procedure:
The resort front desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. If checking in after hours, please go to front left side of lobby for late arrival instructions.
