A 10 percent guarantee deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy (Local Time):

The remaining balance plus tax will be charged by the resort also at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required. ***NOTE: There is an age requirement of at least 21 years of age to book and check-in at the resort.

Check-in Procedure:
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
No smoking and no pets are allowed.

The Red Wolf Lodge at Squaw Valley charges a $9.00 per day Resort Fee. This fee covers parking, video rentals, use of seasonal equipment, free use of washer and dryer, daily newspaper (Monday to Saturday), and incoming faxes.

Late Check-in Procedure:
